Well, at first glance it may surprise you, but I live at the intersection of both worlds, music and business, and I see their connection perfectly. In the world of music there is innovation, creativity, co-creation, management with limited resources, adaptation to change, reinvention, leadership, teamwork and, perhaps most importantly: musicians do not only have “clients”, they only have FANS. Not to mention that musicians have already gone through our own digital transformation.
