Well, at first glance it’s surprising, but I live at the intersection of both worlds, music and business, and I see the connection perfectly. In the world of music there is innovation, creativity, co-creation, managing with few resources, adapting to change, reinvention, leadership, teamwork and, perhaps most importantly: musicians don’t just have “customers”, they have FANS. Not to mention that we musicians have already gone through our own digital transformation.
I talk about all of this in my lectures around the world, in my training workshops and also frequently in my marketing and creativity classes at ESADE Business School.
